How to apply well being in practise

Knowledge management helps in the improvement of well being of employees in an organization,  also improve cooperate performance in a group. However companies are focused on the following as regards to wellbeing of an employee .

>To offer good work environment for employee

>Make sure that employee are healthy and are happy with their earnings and award at work place

> To improve their knowledge skills and regular training for employee

> Employee interest based on working as an individual or a team

WE RESEARCH AND LOOK FOR RELATIVE MATERIALS BASED ON HEALTHY, WORK AND WELL- BEING

Health and well – being at work is focused on  good relationship between manager and employee ,   flexible working can help employees achieve a measure of control over their working lives and balance the demands of family and work, and work innovation involve  in organization culture  and  organization

THE PROBLEM WE HAD IN OUR GROUP

Stress: we undertook a large number of course work for two people .And then we spend more time to research a lot of relative well-being in knowledge management. In our group, we produce different idea about well –being knowledge .We look for reasonable well- being knowledge to analysis in our group. We continue communicate   relative well- being knowledge with group member. Although there are different culture and different idea for some group member   , we are happy that we were able to solve the conflict that arose in our group

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) classify stress as “the adverse reaction people have to excessive pressures or other types of demand placed on them“. However there many factor both within the internal and external environment of the work place that can result to stress. In the working environment it can be easy for mangers to misinterpret positive pressure, which result to a ‘buzz’, and these harmful effects could very difficult for an employee to adapt.
